Our Mission
Our mission throughout the United States is to develop community-based businesses and economic development centers specializing in the cosmetology industry. On the journey to fulfill that mission, in 2007 we constructed 40 suites encompassing 10,000 square feet at our first location on Salem Road in Conyers, Georgia.
In May of 2019, we successfully launched our second location with 25 salon suites within 5,000 square feet at the Stonecrest Mall in Lithonia, Georgia. With our ongoing client training and business coaching, we enjoy a high success rate. We are proud to report that both locations are leased to capacity at 100%!
Currently, we have acquired 15,000 square feet on the way to our future goal of leasing one million square feet of space. We want to fulfill the hopes of hard-working people, including many single women and mothers, who dream of owning their own businesses despite not having the necessary capital or access to government programs and other lending organizations. We firmly believe that our program puts this dream within reach.
We believe that long-term, sustainable growth and success result from a strong foundation of ongoing education in honest and efficient business practices. Most importantly, we work to develop, encourage and support business people in making sound financial decisions.
To that end, we provide everything a salon business owner needs to be successful including:
● Low-cost, functional and clean salon suites.
● Business consultations and in-depth, on-going training.
● Marketing communications and networking support.
Through our effective program, we are passionate about helping each and every person find success in business.
By offering salon suite ownership franchises to low-income people, we want to continue to expand and grow by offering opportunities that will positively impact the communities in which we serve and operate.

Strategic Goal
Mimosa Salon Suites are leased to beauty professionals including hair stylists, estheticians, all-natural nail technicians and massage therapists. Their clients have access to complete spa services under one roof. Mimosa Salon Suites are leased on a one-year basis.
We cater to hair stylists, colorists, massage therapists, estheticians, nail techs, barbers, braiders and educators. We offer customized suite packages designed to fit their needs!
Stylists and beauty professionals choose from:
● Suite Decor Package. Tenants get their customized suites and we help defray the cost.
● We provide lots of choices for customized suites and we make the transition to Salon Suites as easy as possible.
● The weekly suite rental fee is comparable to booth rental prices. Suites range in size from 92 to 224 square feet, with the large suites accommodating up to three stations.
● Tenants set their own hours - we have an access system that allows their clients to have access without leaving the suite.
● We provide tenants all of the necessary forms and information to assist with opening their very own salon at Mimosa Salon Suites.
